Job Requirements
- Valid Class A or B commercial driver’s license
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to operate mixer truck and follow safety procedures
- Physical stamina to handle loading and unloading of cement additives
- Reliable communication with dispatch and team
- Willingness to work in outdoor and variable weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- Possess valid Class A or B commercial driver’s license
- Have 1-3 years of relevant work experience in driving mixer trucks or similar heavy vehicles
- Knowledge of concrete mixing and delivery procedures
- Ability to operate radio and GPS communication devices
- Physical ability to handle heavy materials and perform cleaning tasks
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Good communication skills to coordinate with dispatchers
Job Duties
- Back trucks into stall or drive up to platform to rinse off truck before leaving yard
- Use scraper to dislodge mud from barrel and chutes
- Maintain contact with dispatchers through radio and GPS while driving
- Assemble concrete chute sections for pouring concrete and control flow using toggle switches
- Handle bags and buckets of cement additives, lime, or calcium and place on shelves or into hopper as required
- Return to yard and rinse off truck, preparing it for next delivery
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all delivery tasks
