Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in baking or food production
  • Knowledge of GMP and HACCP regulations
  • Ability to measure and mix ingredients accurately
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow safety and quality procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good physical stamina

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a baker or in a similar role in food production
  • Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredient functions
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP standards
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for production equipment
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexibility to support other departments as needed

Job Duties

  • Precisely measuring and mixing ingredients into dough according to a recipe
  • Responsible to roll and cut, deposit into baking pan, or distribute the filling as part of a product
  • Forming and shaping products from the dough or batter, according to the specifications of the recipe
  • Baking the shaped dough and, if applicable, decorating the final product
  • Must be vigilant about using exact measurements and paying strict attention to timing
  • Work to optimize operational efficiencies while ensuring the company's high quality standards are met or exceeded
  • Adhere to the company's Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's)
  • Adhere to the company's HACCP and other food safety procedures
  • Work to troubleshoot any issues and involve maintenance to ensure equipment is available for use when needed and properly maintained
  • Ensure daily orders are being filled accurately
  • Be willing to help other departments when in need to help carry out our mission on a daily basis
  • Other related duties as assigned by management
