Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a food production or bakery role preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Willingness to adhere to gluten free safety protocols
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in bakery production
- Knowledge of gluten free ingredients and processes preferred
- Ability to operate bakery machinery
- Attention to cleanliness and safety standards
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Job Duties
- Produce bakery products for customers
- Knowledge of all bakery ingredients
- Operate equipment in required area
- Clean related equipment and work areas
- Produce various batters by mixing recipes, setting up machines, operating machines, lifting product, and measuring ingredients
- Maintain a clean work area by scraping machines, washing, using hot-water hose, squeegee, bucket and towel as needed
- Removal of all garbage, cardboard and waste as needed
- Checking times, temperatures and weights of all batters
- Make corrections as needed for out of specification products
