Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a food production or bakery role preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • Willingness to adhere to gluten free safety protocols
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in bakery production
  • Knowledge of gluten free ingredients and processes preferred
  • Ability to operate bakery machinery
  • Attention to cleanliness and safety standards
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Produce bakery products for customers
  • Knowledge of all bakery ingredients
  • Operate equipment in required area
  • Clean related equipment and work areas
  • Produce various batters by mixing recipes, setting up machines, operating machines, lifting product, and measuring ingredients
  • Maintain a clean work area by scraping machines, washing, using hot-water hose, squeegee, bucket and towel as needed
  • Removal of all garbage, cardboard and waste as needed
  • Checking times, temperatures and weights of all batters
  • Make corrections as needed for out of specification products
