Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ year experience in food production or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to work in a loud, allergen-sensitive environment
- Basic math and reading skills
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork

Job Duties
- Operate and assist with industrial tilt bowl mixers on North and Frozen lines
- Load and scale ingredients such as ice, minor ingredients, and scrap dough according to recipes
- Support Mixer A duties and follow startup and shutdown procedures
- Inspect ingredients and maintain inventory levels
- Cut, separate, and feed dough into automated systems
- Record dough processing data and verify ingredient quantities
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Collaborate with Line Operators to minimize downtime
- Report equipment issues to Mixer Operator or Shift Assistant Manager
- Attend safety and production meetings
- Follow all GMP, SQF, and OSHA safety protocols
