Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced allergen-sensitive environment
  • Comfortability with high heights
  • Comfortable working in hot, cold, wet, humid, and loud environments
  • Exposure to moving machinery, chemicals, and elevated work areas
  • Must wear PPE including safety shoes and hearing protection

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1+ year experience in food production or manufacturing preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in a loud, allergen-sensitive environment
  • Basic math and reading skills
  • Strong attention to detail and teamwork

Job Duties

  • Operate and assist with industrial tilt bowl mixers on North and Frozen lines
  • Load and scale ingredients such as ice, minor ingredients, scrap dough according to recipes
  • Support Mixer A duties and follow startup/shutdown procedures
  • Inspect ingredients and maintain inventory levels
  • Cut, separate, and feed dough into automated systems
  • Record dough processing data and verify ingredient quantities
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Collaborate with Line Operators to minimize downtime
  • Report equipment issues to Mixer Operator or Shift Assistant Manager
  • Attend safety and production meetings
  • Follow all GMP, SQF, and OSHA safety protocols
