Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma
- Level 1 Cicerone certification or must obtain within 48 hours of WBD review class
- Strong communication skills including verbal and written
- Strong math skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Professional attitude in all situations
- Minimum 2 years’ sales experience
- Valid, clean NYS driver’s license acceptable to insurance carrier
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to drive for short or long periods
Job Qualifications

- College degree preferred

- Strong math skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales
- Experience in spirit and beverage industry preferred
Job Duties
- Achieve established WBD volume and distribution goals
- Adhere to WBD retail and quality standards while upholding delivery schedule
- Consistently demonstrates WBD core values
- Understand the market drivers that may impact WBD's business
- Assist customers in maximizing their sales and profitability
- Execute WBD sales and marketing strategies and objectives
- Execute personal development initiatives as set forth by the Mixed Market Sales Supervisor
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Comply with all training requirements including I Sell Beer and in:trench
- Assist in determining where WBD needs to improve sustainable market share
- Work with Supervisor to establish specific objectives
- Ensure WBD priorities are maintained
- Provide best in class customer service
- Build and maintain favorable reputation with customers
- Address customer concerns in a timely manner
- Service assigned customers on scheduled call days
- Follow WBD 10 steps to a sales call
- Execute against company incentives and business objectives
- Develop strong relationships with customers
- Collaborate to identify opportunities
- Maintain WBD retail and merchandising standards
- Communicate customer concerns to Sales Supervisor
- Maintain WBD equipment and report issues
- Develop strong knowledge of WBD products
- Be proficient in calculating markup and margin
- Schedule and attend On and Off Premise promotions
