Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Previous experience in restoration or emergency mitigation preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding restoration tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work extended hours and respond to emergency calls
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to operate restoration equipment safely

- Ability to perform physically demanding demo or restoration tasks and work independently in a busy environment
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with possibility of extended hours
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in emergency mitigation or restoration services preferred
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Job Duties
- Self-perform labor-intensive restoration services at residential homes on a 24-hour basis
- Respond quickly to emergency calls and conduct on-site assessments of water, fire, and mold damage
- Manage a high volume of customer calls and projects simultaneously
- Provide clear and accurate scoping of services, testing, and job estimates
- Maintain professional demeanor and clear communication with clients throughout the restoration process
- Operate and maintain restoration equipment including dehumidifiers, air movers, and moisture meters
- Follow safety protocols including use of personal protective equipment and safe handling of hazardous materials
