Job Requirements

  • 1+ years multi-channel customer service experience, including working with a ticketing system (e.g. Jira, ZenDesk)
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to multitask independently
  • attention to detail
  • tech-savvy with solid computer literacy
  • experience in logistics, fleet operations, or dispatch
  • basic vehicle troubleshooting skills
  • proactive mindset and resourcefulness

Job Qualifications

  • multi-channel customer service experience, including working with a ticketing system (e.g. Jira, ZenDesk)
  • tech-savvy, possessing solid computer literacy/software proficiency
  • logistics, fleet ops, and/or dispatch experience
  • basic vehicle troubleshooting skills
  • proactive mindset and resourcefulness
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • autonomous vehicle experience (preferred)
  • prior transportation command center experience (preferred)
  • leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)

Job Duties

  • support commercial service operations from the service operations command center
  • ensure all operational teams are ready for service by completing pre-mission startup checklists
  • work cross-functionally to ensure the operation in your market is running smoothly
  • be the first stop for basic vehicle troubleshooting
  • create and escalate service disruption events via an internal ticketing system
  • dispatch fleet response crews in the event a vehicle needs to be recovered and coordinate with other cross-functional teams for updates
  • manage market configuration, like setting restricted areas and hours of operation
  • assist with documentation and process improvement
