Job Requirements
- 1+ years multi-channel customer service experience, including working with a ticketing system (e.g. Jira, ZenDesk)
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask independently
- attention to detail
- tech-savvy with solid computer literacy
- experience in logistics, fleet operations, or dispatch
- basic vehicle troubleshooting skills
- proactive mindset and resourcefulness

- logistics, fleet ops, and/or dispatch experience
- basic vehicle troubleshooting skills
- proactive mindset and resourcefulness
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- autonomous vehicle experience (preferred)
- prior transportation command center experience (preferred)
- leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
Job Duties
- support commercial service operations from the service operations command center
- ensure all operational teams are ready for service by completing pre-mission startup checklists
- work cross-functionally to ensure the operation in your market is running smoothly
- be the first stop for basic vehicle troubleshooting
- create and escalate service disruption events via an internal ticketing system
- dispatch fleet response crews in the event a vehicle needs to be recovered and coordinate with other cross-functional teams for updates
- manage market configuration, like setting restricted areas and hours of operation
- assist with documentation and process improvement
