Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a restaurant server or food service role preferred
- must complete Florida Responsible Vendor program
- must complete food safety certification program
- ability to stand and walk for entire shift
- able to lift up to 50 lbs
- able to reach, bend and stoop frequently
- good communication skills
- able to work flexible hours
- able to work in a fast paced environment

- ability to speak, read and write English

Job Duties
- Follow all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training
- support fellow employees in maintaining table appearance, food and drink running as needed
- be knowledgeable regarding food and beverage menus, current promotions and specials, and answer guests' questions verbally and clearly
- accurately enter orders into POS system
- retrieve food or drink orders from kitchen or bar and deliver them to guests in a timely manner
- collect guests' payments ensuring transactions are correct using POS and deliver correct change
- perform shift changes, opening and closing duties, assigned sidework
- pack and verify all ToGo orders with guests
- greet guests at the curbside pickup area
