Job Requirements
- Completion and passing of the Florida Responsible Vendor program in compliance with Flanigan's and Florida statutes
- Completion and passing of the food safety certification program in compliance with Flanigan's and Florida statutes
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Ability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and lift these heavy loads to high shelves, coolers, and freezers
- Ability to work in damp, high temperature environments both indoors and minimally outdoors

Job Duties
- Follow all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training
- Clean and set up tables for new guests in a timely manner
- Assist guests by clearing dishes and glassware
- Remove all trash and debris from bar and dining area floors
- Maintain restroom cleanliness as well as outside parking, patio, and waiting areas
- Ensure that all high chairs and booster seats are sanitary
- Perform shift changes, opening and closing duties, and assigned sidework
