Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- relevant experience in a high quality, high volume operation preferred
- knowledge of flare bartending skills
- knowledge of liquor laws and regulations concerning the service of alcoholic beverages
- strong knowledge of wines and spirits
- ability to communicate effectively and work well with staff

Job Duties
- Take drink orders from guests and serve drinks including applicable food orders
- adhere to proper par stock ordering procedures
- complete and oversee set-up and clearing of the lounge area
- monitor and maintain the floor sections and lounge area
- perform other related duties as assigned
