Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of related experience in a high-volume fine-dining hotel is desirable
- dedication to delivering exceptional hospitality and guest satisfaction

- ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- capable of following directions and executing tasks effectively

Job Duties
- stock the supply cart with all necessary items ensuring all products are labeled and unexpired
- organize and put away any delivered minibar items
- gather minibar maps vacant list check-out list and occupied list daily
- prioritize checking rooms based on the lists provided starting with priority and vacant rooms
- ensure all checks are closed out to the appropriate rooms and folios daily
- maintain accuracy of the minibar logs
- stock the minibar cart and start room checks from the top floor
- replenish minibar items remove expired or extra items and take photos of the refreshed minibar
- engage with guests politely and professionally ensuring their needs are met
- assist the manager with daily and weekly inventory
- ensure consistent communication with staff and management
- demonstrate knowledge of department of health standards and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards
- maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and appearance
- follow directions and maintain good working relationships with supervisors and managers
- utilize the computer system and read all orders
- ensure a clean neat and organized work area
