Job Requirements

  • Ability to work in guest rooms and hotel storage areas
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
  • Must be able to perform to standard all activities on the New Hire Training Checklist within the first 30 days
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Basic understanding of health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in hospitality or a similar role is preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time
  • Basic math skills for inventory tracking and billing purposes
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Physical ability to lift and carry mini bar supplies and move throughout the hotel as needed

Job Duties

  • Restock mini bars in guest rooms promptly after guest departure, ensuring all items are accounted for and in excellent condition
  • Verify and report consumption from mini bars, ensuring accurate billing for guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized storage area for mini bar supplies and inventory
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify management of any low-stock items or discrepancies
  • Ensure all mini bar items meet health and safety standards, including checking expiration dates and proper storage
  • Respond to guest requests related to mini bar services promptly and courteously
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams to coordinate mini bar servicing schedules
  • Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
