Job Requirements
- Ability to work in guest rooms and hotel storage areas
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
- Must be able to perform to standard all activities on the New Hire Training Checklist within the first 30 days
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable and punctual
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in hospitality or a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and billing purposes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to lift and carry mini bar supplies and move throughout the hotel as needed
Job Duties
- Restock mini bars in guest rooms promptly after guest departure, ensuring all items are accounted for and in excellent condition
- Verify and report consumption from mini bars, ensuring accurate billing for guests
- Maintain a clean and organized storage area for mini bar supplies and inventory
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of any low-stock items or discrepancies
- Ensure all mini bar items meet health and safety standards, including checking expiration dates and proper storage
- Respond to guest requests related to mini bar services promptly and courteously
- Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams to coordinate mini bar servicing schedules
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
