Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in hotel operations or housekeeping preferred
- Basic math and inventory skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and walk frequently
- Ability to push and pull carts
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail

Job Duties
- Stock, replenish, and rotate minibar items according to par levels and brand standards
- Accurately record all consumed items and ensure proper posting of charges to guest accounts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of minibar units and surrounding areas
- Conduct daily inventory counts and report discrepancies or shortages immediately
- Ensure all minibar items meet quality, expiration, and presentation standards
- Follow proper handling and storage procedures for food and beverage items
- Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping regarding guest occupancy, arrivals, and departures
- Report maintenance issues such as non-functioning minibars, temperature issues, damages promptly
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and room access at all times
