Job Requirements
- Requires organization and flexibility and a problem solving approach to all duties
- Ability to be mobile for significant distances within building on the property
- Must have the ability to communicate in English

- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching
Job Duties
- Inventory all guest mini-bars on a daily basis and post the appropriate charges to the room prior to guest departure
- Clean the mini-bars on a regular basis
- Inspect all equipment and ensure excellent working condition
- Inform Engineering Staff if repairs are needed
- Maintain a fully stocked inventory of all mini-bar items
- Stock the mini-bar cart with necessary items to complete rounds
- Comply with attendance rules and be regularly available to work
- Perform any other job related duties as assigned
- Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction
- Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program
- Practice safe work habits and use required safety equipment
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
