Job Requirements

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills

- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening

Job Duties
- Maintain and restock mini bars in guest rooms on a regular basis
- Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of mini bar areas
- Provide personalized recommendations and suggestions to guests based on their preferences
- Monitor and track inventory levels and place orders for replenishment as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment
- Keep accurate records of mini bar activity and report any discrepancies to management
