Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G E D equivalent
  • availability to work part-time
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds

Job Duties

  • Facilitate positive guest experiences with the in-room honor bar
  • inventory honor bar, in-room accessories and promotional materials and replace if required
  • maintain the cleanliness and appearance of each honor bar
  • utilize software and hand held devices to record sales and take inventory
  • maintain an awareness of product availability, expiration dates, and inventory levels to prevent stock-outs
  • prepare and push restocking carts to floors where rooms are ready
  • respond to guest requests regarding the honor bar
  • communicate honor bar operation issues to hotel management
  • follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
  • report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
  • complete safety training and certifications
  • maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance
  • maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • protect company assets
  • welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
  • anticipate and address guest service needs
  • ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
  • develop and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers
  • support team goals
  • speak with clear and professional language
  • visually verify information in various formats
  • stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 25 pounds
  • navigate narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
  • reach overhead and below knees including bending and twisting
  • perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
