Job Duties
- Facilitate positive guest experiences with the in-room honor bar
- inventory honor bar, in-room accessories and promotional materials and replace if required
- maintain the cleanliness and appearance of each honor bar
- utilize software and hand held devices to record sales and take inventory
- maintain an awareness of product availability, expiration dates, and inventory levels to prevent stock-outs
- prepare and push restocking carts to floors where rooms are ready
- respond to guest requests regarding the honor bar
- communicate honor bar operation issues to hotel management
- follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
- complete safety training and certifications
- maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance
- maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- protect company assets
- welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- anticipate and address guest service needs
- ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
- develop and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers
- support team goals
- speak with clear and professional language
- visually verify information in various formats
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 25 pounds
- navigate narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
- reach overhead and below knees including bending and twisting
- perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
