Job Duties

  • Facilitate positive guest experiences with the in-room honor bar
  • Maintain inventory of the honor bar, room accessories, and promotional materials and replenish as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of each honor bar
  • Use software and manual devices to record sales and conduct inventories
  • Keep knowledge of product availability, expiration dates, and inventory levels to avoid stock depletion
  • Prepare the restocking cart and deliver it to floors where rooms are ready for inventory
  • Respond to guest requests
  • Communicate any issues related to honor bar operations to hotel management
  • Comply with all safety policies and personal appearance standards
  • Welcome and attend to all guests according to company standards
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals
