Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate
  • Prior experience as room service, restaurant or banquet server
  • Ability to learn and utilize computer software and hardware
  • Advanced ability to comprehend and speak English
  • Must be customer-service oriented
  • Must have excellent hospitality skills
  • Must meet age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate
  • Prior experience as room service, restaurant or banquet server
  • Prior experience within a four-star hotel brand preferred
  • Ability to learn and utilize computer software and hardware
  • Advanced ability to comprehend and speak English
  • Preferred knowledge of additional languages

  • Excellent hospitality skills
  • Must meet age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages

Job Duties

  • Contribute building and maintaining a first-rate team
  • Maintain knowledge of departmental policies, service procedures, and standards
  • Be familiar with all hotel services, features, and local attractions
  • Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly
  • Resolve guest complaints
  • Operate point of sales (POS) system and post charges accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and mini bars
