Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food and beverage service helpful
- Availability to work part-time on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Job Duties
- Greets all guests upon arrival to Milner's making sure that tables are clean and available as they become vacant
- Sets up beverage area with tea, various waters, and garnishments to accompany beverages
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of Milner's including all equipment and storage facilities
- Assembles food on tray to be served to guest in a prompt manner
- Continuous maintenance of table ensuring soiled dishes do not need to be removed and to ensure guests order has met expectations
- Stock, clean, and service Milner's before and after busy period of dining service
- Advises manager of any complaints as soon as they occur
- Before closing of Milner's properly store garnishes and condiments of self-serve areas
- Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned by the Manager
- Any other duties and projects as assigned by the Manager
