Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 8+ years of millwright experience including supervisory or lead roles
- High level of safety and quality
- Ability to multi-task at a fast pace (at times), work in outside conditions during all seasons, climb multi-levels by stairs and ladders, work from elevated platforms, use hand tools (shovel, hammer, wrenches, etc.)
- Good problem-solving skills
- Mine Safety and Health (MSHA) knowledge - preferred
- Forklift experience - preferred
- Computer software - preferred
- Warehouse experience - preferred

Job Duties
- Lead and perform mechanical installations, shutdowns, repairs, and maintenance work
- Train and mentor millwrights and support a strong safety culture
- Work with management to improve maintenance and equipment reliability
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and complete repairs with minimal supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Dismantle, move, align, assemble, and install machinery and equipment
- Build foundations and secure machinery by bolting, welding, or fastening
- Operate lathes and tools to machine parts to specification
- Repair, lubricate, and maintain equipment
- Perform basic electrical tasks related to motor replacement
- Install robotic equipment and make basic program changes
- Supervise small crews and see projects through completion
- Follow all safety, quality, and food/feed safety requirements
- Work overtime and respond to emergency call-outs as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
