Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years prior supervisory experience
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of various alcoholic beverages
- Ability to read the English language to fully comprehend guest requests, memos, and reservations
- Ability to effectively deal with customer complaints in a friendly and positive manner
- Ability to transport trays weighing up to 40 lbs through a crowded room on a continuous basis
- Adherence to all state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations
- Cash handling and self-banking ability to maintain funds and accurately count change

Job Duties
- Perform all dining room positions including server, expeditor/food runner, busser, and host and maintain a house bank
- Supervise staff and dining room in manager's absence and assist with on-going training to ensure standards are being met
- Interact positively with customers, promote hotel outlets and resolve problems to the satisfaction of involved parties
- Utilize POS system to accurately charge customers, track revenue reports and ensure timeliness of food and beverage service
- Maintain a high level of professional appearance, demeanor, ethics and self-image
- Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of hotel outlets, front of house, and heart of the house areas
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested including special guest and/or general manager requests
