Job Requirements
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of various alcoholic beverages
- ability to speak, read, and write the English language
- ability to remember and recite a variety of menu items
- ability to transport trays through crowded rooms consistently
- adherence to State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations
- maintain a positive attitude throughout shifts
- work cooperatively as a team member
- maintain motivation during busy and slow periods
- cash handling and self-banking abilities
- ability to operate a keyboard and learn Point of Sale system

Job Duties
- Greet guests in a timely, friendly, and courteous manner
- explain the Beer Program, specials, promotions, and pub features
- learn all menu items and beer pairings
- take orders and recite selections of all call and premium brands
- input orders into the Point of Sale system
- maintain cleanliness of guest tables and bar area
- replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction
- present the check promptly and thank guests
- perform general cleaning tasks using assigned cleaning products
