Job Requirements
- At least two years of serving experience in an upscale or fine-dining restaurant
- Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairings
- Ability to obtain any government-required license or certificate
- Able to carry trays up to 35 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, and move in a fast-paced environment for extended periods
- Basic math skills
- Proficient in English
- Manual dexterity
Job Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairings
- Ability to confidently describe menu items, vintages, regions, and preparation methods
- Ability to obtain any required government license or certificate
- TIPS certification preferred
- Basic math skills
- Proficient in English for communication and documentation
- Manual dexterity for handling dining equipment
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with professionalism
- Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them using the POS system
- Deliver courses in proper order and ensure timely service
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, wine list, specialty cocktails, and daily specials
- Prepare and maintain service stations including stocking essentials
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests and concerns
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and guest checks accurately
- Perform cleaning tasks to maintain dining room cleanliness
- Follow all regulations related to food safety and alcohol service
- Assist with bar service and private dining functions as needed
