Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hosting or customer service roles preferred
- ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work well in a team environment
- basic computer skills

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests warmly
- manage the seating of guests efficiently during breakfast and lunch services
- maintain an organized and tidy front-of-house area
- communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate seating and wait times
- provide guests with accurate wait time information and accommodate special seating requests
- assist with managing reservations and waitlists
- ensure guests have a positive first impression of the dining experience
