Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- efficiently seat guests in the Cafe for breakfast and Miller Time Pub for lunch
- manage guest waitlists and reservations effectively
- maintain a clean and organized host station
- communicate with servers and kitchen staff to optimize seating and service flow
- provide friendly and courteous customer service
- assist guests with inquiries and accommodate special requests
