Job Requirements
- Previous cooking experience required
- One to two years in a similar position preferred
- Culinary or apprenticeship program preferred
- High school diploma preferred
- Ability to work varied schedules including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work under pressure
- Sufficient manual dexterity to use all kitchen equipment
- Ability to lift, push, or pull weights up to 100 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to work in confined spaces with high noise levels and temperature extremes
- Ability to obtain applicable sanitation, liquor service, or food service certifications

Job Duties

- Monitor product storage, portion sizes, and special items like stocks and sauces
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas to meet Health Department regulations
- Ensure equipment is clean, sanitized, and operational
- Uphold high standards of food production and presentation
- Maintain personal hygiene and sanitation practices
- Manage station setup, breakdown, and prep work
- Follow recipe specifications for all food preparation
