Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 1-2 years of bartending experience
- bartending certificate
- TIPS certification
- ability to work varied schedules including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work under pressure
- ability to obtain any government required license
- basic math skills
- basic English writing skills
- sufficient manual dexterity
- ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Set up the bar daily with necessary supplies and check par levels of beer, wine, and spirits
- Stock, cut, and store fresh fruit, vegetable garnishes, juices, and perishables to maintain quality
- Greet guests courteously, take drink orders, mix and garnish drinks using standard recipes and portion control
- Update par sheets during shifts for accuracy and accountability
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and guest areas throughout the shift
- Handle cash transactions, verify charges, record charges, and balance money
- Lock and store all beverages, food, and equipment items
- Follow liquor laws and regulations for serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests, and assist security with disorderly guests
