Job Requirements
- Master's degree in clinically relevant field from accredited university
- Full license to practice independently in one of the US states and territories as a clinical social worker, marriage family therapist, or psychologist without restrictions or supervision
- Minimum two years of post-license experience working with children in areas of relationships, behavior management, coping skills, child development, separation, stress management, single parenting, step-parenting, family separation, reunion and reintegration
- Demonstrated counseling competence
- Ability to obtain CNACI security clearance

Job Duties
- Partner with and augment activities of schools to build coalitions and connect federal, state, and local resources and non-profit organizations to support active duty, guard, and reserve families
- Identify family needs and provide a get-well plan in compliance with non-medical counseling scope
- Provide face-to-face non-medical problem-solving counseling to children when other resources are not available and make appropriate referrals and warm transfers to military and community resources
- Develop and/or use approved training and education programs and materials and advise on requests for new or revised presentations by military leadership
- Provide client tracking of services performed and referrals made using appropriate reporting system
- Accurately record all required deliverables via portal site including availability for services, activity form submissions, face-to-face and ancillary contact goals, daily timekeeping requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
