Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree required
  • College degree preferred
  • ServSafe certification
  • Responsible Vendor Training
  • 3-5 years of experience in related role
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in fast paced, high volume environment
  • Strong financial acumen including budgets and P&L management
  • Commitment to high standards of integrity and guest satisfaction

Job Duties

  • Organize and set priorities for the team
  • Ensure team alignment with company priorities
  • Support service team members and promote inclusivity
  • Facilitate communication between brand and guests
  • Encourage and recognize team excellence
  • Communicate effectively and resolve conflicts
  • Maximize operational systems for success
  • Collaborate with management for seamless operations
  • Hire, train, and retain front of house and event staff
  • Drive company culture and motivation
  • Hold staff accountable to standards
  • Manage disciplinary and HR actions
  • Oversee daily front of house, events, and service operations
  • Maintain excellent service standards and appearance
  • Manage front of house systems and labor
  • Enforce opening and closing procedures
  • Ensure restaurant cleanliness and maintenance
  • Interact with guests and drive satisfaction
  • Monitor budgets, P&L, sales reports and cash handling
  • Complete daily operational reporting accurately
