Job Duties
- Provide superior maintenance of the interior and exterior of the restaurant in a timely and accurate manner
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks timely and accurately
- Perform minor maintenance tasks regularly
- Maintain effective appearance of the exterior and building grounds including landscaping and snow removal
- Store food orders accurately and rotate stock in refrigerators, freezers, and dry storage areas using first-in, first-out method while monitoring shelf life and code dates
- Maintain basic knowledge of all restaurant equipment operation
- Complete scheduled maintenance of all restaurant equipment safely and correctly
