Job Duties

  • Provide superior maintenance of the interior and exterior of the restaurant in a timely and accurate manner
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks timely and accurately
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks regularly
  • Maintain effective appearance of the exterior and building grounds including landscaping and snow removal
  • Store food orders accurately and rotate stock in refrigerators, freezers, and dry storage areas using first-in, first-out method while monitoring shelf life and code dates
  • Maintain basic knowledge of all restaurant equipment operation
  • Complete scheduled maintenance of all restaurant equipment safely and correctly
