Job Requirements

  • At least 16 years of age
  • ability to stand for extended periods, bend, twist, stretch, lift up to 55 pounds, and perform routine restaurant tasks with or without reasonable accommodations
  • obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications as per local, state, and federal regulations
  • demonstrate responsibility, positive attitude, and willingness to support the team during every shift

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • no prior cooking experience required as paid training is provided
  • basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • willingness to learn and develop culinary skills
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh ingredients and cook dishes to order
  • ensure each dish is prepared with consistency, quality, and attention to presentation
  • follow recipes, preparation guides, and standard procedures accurately
  • learn and refine cooking and stir-frying skills through hands-on training
  • maintain pace during high-demand hours and support efficient kitchen flow
  • work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment where communication is key
  • manage multiple tasks effectively to meet expectations during busy shifts
