Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- have legal ability to work in the United States
- be able to perform physical tasks required by the job including standing for long periods and lifting up to 55 pounds
- obtain and maintain any required food safety certifications as per local and federal regulations
- availability to work flexible hours including peak times
- willingness to participate in paid training
- comply with all food safety and sanitation standards
- demonstrate a team-oriented mindset and good communication skills

- no prior experience required as paid training is provided
- ability to learn cooking techniques such as stir-frying

Job Duties
- Prepare fresh ingredients and cook dishes to order
- ensure each dish is consistently prepared with quality and presentation
- follow recipes, preparation guides, and standard procedures accurately
- learn and perfect cooking and stir-fry skills through hands-on training
- maintain pace during peak hours and support efficient kitchen flow
- work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment with effective communication
- manage multiple tasks effectively during busy shifts
- work safely around kitchen equipment, heat and steam
- use kitchen tools, timers and basic systems as part of routine
- keep the restaurant clean and organized, meeting food safety and sanitation standards
- demonstrate responsibility, positive attitude and willingness to support the team each shift
- meet physical requirements including standing for long periods, bending, twisting, stretching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and routine restaurant tasks with or without accommodations
- obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications
- be at least 16 years old
