Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare fresh ingredients and cook dishes to order
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of each dish
- Follow recipes, preparation guidelines, and standard procedures accurately
- Learn and refine cooking and sautéing skills through hands-on training
- Maintain pace during high-demand periods and support efficient kitchen flow
- Work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment where communication is essential
- Manage multiple tasks effectively to meet expectations during busy shifts
- Work safely around kitchen equipment, heat, and steam
- Use cooking tools, timers, and basic systems as part of daily routines
- Keep the restaurant clean and organized, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Demonstrate responsibility, positive attitude, and willingness to support the team each shift
- Comply with physical requirements such as standing for long periods, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing routine restaurant tasks
- Obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications according to local, state, and federal regulations
