Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh ingredients and cook dishes to order
  • ensure consistency, quality, and presentation in every dish
  • follow recipes, preparation guides and standard procedures accurately
  • learn and perfect cooking and stir-frying skills through hands-on training
  • maintain pace during peak hours and support efficient kitchen flow
  • work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment where communication is key
  • manage multiple tasks effectively to meet expectations during busy shifts
  • work safely around kitchen equipment, heat and steam
  • use kitchen tools, timers and basic systems as part of daily routines
  • keep the restaurant clean and organized by adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
  • demonstrate responsibility, positive attitude and willingness to support the team in every shift
  • comply with physical job requirements including standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds and performing routine restaurant tasks with or without reasonable accommodations
  • obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications as per local, state and federal regulations
