Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, stretch, and lift up to 55 pounds
- willingness to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses and certifications
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- availability for part-time shifts
- legal authorization to work in the united states
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous kitchen or food preparation experience a plus but not required
- willingness to learn and receive culinary training
- ability to follow instructions and maintain consistency in food preparation

Job Duties
- prepare signature noodle dishes upon order
- ensure each plate is consistent, high quality, and well presented
- develop and refine culinary techniques through hands-on training
- work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented restaurant environment
- multitask effectively to meet customer expectations timely
- maintain cleanliness and organization adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- demonstrate responsibility, positive attitude, and support for team culture
- comply with physical demands of the job including standing for long periods, lifting up to 55 pounds
- obtain and maintain required food safety certifications
- availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays preferred
- be at least 16 years old
