Job Requirements

  • must be at least 16 years old
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, stretch, and lift up to 55 pounds
  • willingness to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses and certifications
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • availability for part-time shifts
  • legal authorization to work in the united states

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous kitchen or food preparation experience a plus but not required
  • willingness to learn and receive culinary training
  • ability to follow instructions and maintain consistency in food preparation
  • strong communication and team collaboration skills

Job Duties

  • prepare signature noodle dishes upon order
  • ensure each plate is consistent, high quality, and well presented
  • develop and refine culinary techniques through hands-on training
  • work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented restaurant environment
  • multitask effectively to meet customer expectations timely
  • maintain cleanliness and organization adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
  • demonstrate responsibility, positive attitude, and support for team culture
  • comply with physical demands of the job including standing for long periods, lifting up to 55 pounds
  • obtain and maintain required food safety certifications
  • availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays preferred
