Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 16 years
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 55 pounds
  • ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and stretching
  • willingness to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications
  • readiness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environment
  • no prior cooking experience required due to paid training
  • willingness to maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • willingness to learn cooking and kitchen operations
  • ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work effectively in a team
  • basic food safety knowledge or willingness to obtain food safety certification

Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh ingredients and cook dishes to order
  • ensure each dish is made consistently with quality and attention to presentation
  • follow recipes, preparation guides, and standard procedures accurately
  • learn and refine cooking and sautéing skills through practical training
  • maintain pace during busy hours and support efficient kitchen flow
  • work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment where communication is key
  • manage multiple tasks effectively to meet expectations during busy shifts
