Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh ingredients and cook dishes to order
  • Ensure each dish is made with consistency, quality, and attention to presentation
  • Follow recipes, preparation guides, and standard operating procedures accurately
  • Learn and refine cooking and stir-fry skills through hands-on training
  • Maintain pace during peak hours and support efficient kitchen flow
  • Work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment with clear communication
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively to meet expectations during busy shifts
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment, heat, and steam
  • Use kitchen tools, timers, and basic systems as part of daily routines
  • Keep the restaurant clean and organized, complying with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Demonstrate responsibility, a positive attitude, and willingness to support the team each shift
  • Meet physical requirements of the position, including standing for extended periods, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing routine restaurant tasks with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications according to local, state, and federal regulations
