Job Requirements
- have a minimum age of 16 years
- be able to stand for extended periods
- be able to squat, twist, reach, and lift up to 55 pounds
- comply with food safety regulations and maintain required certifications

Job Qualifications

- no prior stir-fry experience required as paid training is provided
- ability to follow recipes and preparation instructions
- good communication skills

- willingness to learn and develop cooking skills

- obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications
Job Duties
- prepare fresh ingredients and cook dishes to order
- ensure each dish is prepared with consistency, quality, and attention to presentation
- follow recipes, preparation guides, and standard procedures accurately
- learn and refine cooking and stir-fry skills through hands-on training
- maintain pace during high-demand periods and support efficient kitchen flow
- work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment where communication is key
- manage multiple tasks effectively during busy shifts
