Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 16 years
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to bend, twist, and reach as required
  • ability to lift up to 55 pounds
  • willing to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications
  • ability to work safely around kitchen equipment, heat, and steam

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • no prior stir-fry experience required as paid training is provided
  • ability to follow detailed recipes and procedures
  • good communication skills and teamwork orientation
  • ability to maintain focus and efficiency during high-demand periods
  • physical ability to meet job demands including standing, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing routine tasks
  • willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • must be at least 16 years old

Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh ingredients and cook meals on-demand
  • ensure each dish is consistent, high-quality, and well-presented
  • follow recipes, preparation guides, and standard procedures accurately
  • learn and refine cooking and stir-frying skills through hands-on training
  • maintain pace during busy hours and support efficient kitchen flow
  • work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment where communication is key
  • manage multiple tasks effectively to meet expectations during busy shifts
