Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh ingredients and cook dishes to order
  • ensure every dish is consistent in quality and presentation
  • follow recipes, preparation guides, and standard procedures accurately
  • learn and improve cooking and stir-fry skills through hands-on training
  • maintain pace during busy hours and support efficient kitchen flow
  • work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment with effective communication
  • manage multiple tasks effectively during busy shifts
  • operate kitchen equipment, timers, and basic systems safely
  • keep the restaurant clean and organized meeting food safety and sanitation standards
  • demonstrate responsibility, positive attitude, and willingness to support the team each shift
  • comply with physical requirements such as standing for long periods, bending, stretching, lifting up to 55 pounds
  • obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications
  • be at least 16 years old
