Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- availability for night, weekend, and holiday shifts is an advantage
- capability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift up to 55 pounds
- willingness to perform routine restaurant tasks
- obtain and maintain any required local, state, or federal food safety licenses or certifications
- willingness to work as part of a flexible, supportive team environment

Job Duties
- Prepare delicious noodle dishes and cook to order
- ensure each dish is consistent, high quality, and well presented
- develop and refine cooking techniques through hands-on training
- work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced restaurant setting
- manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet timely customer expectations
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- demonstrate responsibility, positivity, and willingness to support the team and contribute to a great work atmosphere
