Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- no prior cooking experience required as training is provided
- able to stand for long periods
- able to bend, twist, stretch, and lift up to 55 pounds
- comply with local, state, and federal food safety licensing and certification requirements
- demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to support team members
- able to perform routine restaurant tasks safely around kitchen equipment, heat, and steam

Job Duties
- Prepare fresh ingredients and cook dishes to order
- ensure every dish is consistent, high-quality, and well presented
- follow recipes, preparation guides, and standard procedures accurately
- learn and perfect cooking and stir-frying skills through hands-on training
- maintain pace during busy hours and support efficient kitchen flow
- work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment where communication is key
- manage multiple tasks effectively during busy shifts
