Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years of age

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • no prior experience required, paid training provided
  • basic cooking skills a plus

  • physical ability to perform job duties including lifting and standing for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh ingredients and cook dishes to order
  • ensure each dish is made consistently with quality and attention to presentation
  • follow recipes, preparation guides and standard operating procedures accurately
  • learn and perfect cooking and stir-fry skills through hands-on training
  • maintain pace during busy hours and support efficient kitchen flow
  • work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment where communication is key
  • multitask effectively to meet expectations during busy shifts
  • work safely around kitchen equipment, heat and steam
  • use kitchen tools, timers and basic systems as part of daily routines
  • keep the restaurant clean and organized meeting food safety and sanitation standards
  • demonstrate responsibility, positive attitude and willingness to support team each shift
  • meet physical job requirements including standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds and performing routine restaurant tasks with or without reasonable accommodations
  • obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications according to local, state and federal regulations
