Job Duties
- Prepare fresh ingredients and cook dishes to order
- ensure each dish is prepared with consistency, quality and attention to presentation
- follow recipes, preparation guides and standard procedures accurately
- learn and refine cooking and stir-fry skills through hands-on training
- maintain pace during busy hours and support efficient kitchen flow
- work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment where communication is key
- manage multiple tasks effectively to meet expectations during busy shifts
- work safely around kitchen equipment, heat and steam
- use kitchen tools, timers and basic systems as part of daily routines
- keep restaurant clean and organized, meeting food safety and sanitation standards
- demonstrate responsibility, positive attitude and willingness to support the team every shift
- comply with physical requirements, including standing for long periods, bending, turning, stretching, lifting up to 55 pounds, performing routine restaurant tasks with or without reasonable accommodations
- obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications according to local, state and federal regulations
