Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years
- ability to stand for long periods

- willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays preferred
- willingness to obtain and maintain food safety certifications

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- no prior cooking experience required as training is provided
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong team collaboration and communication skills
- basic knowledge or interest in culinary arts is a plus
- food safety certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- ability to handle physical demands of the role
- availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare signature noodle dishes to order demonstrating culinary skills
- ensure consistent quality and presentation of each dish
- develop and refine culinary techniques through hands-on training
- perform effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented restaurant environment
- multitask efficiently to meet customer expectations in a timely manner
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen following food safety and sanitation standards
- demonstrate responsibility, positive attitude, and willingness to support the team
- comply with physical job requirements including standing, bending, lifting, and performing routine tasks
- obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications
- be available for night shifts, weekends, and holidays
