Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 16 years
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to bend, twist, and stretch
  • ability to lift up to 55 pounds
  • willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays preferred
  • willingness to obtain and maintain food safety certifications
  • eligibility to work legally in the United States
  • strong communication skills
  • positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • no prior cooking experience required as training is provided
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong team collaboration and communication skills
  • basic knowledge or interest in culinary arts is a plus
  • food safety certification preferred or willingness to obtain
  • ability to handle physical demands of the role
  • availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare signature noodle dishes to order demonstrating culinary skills
  • ensure consistent quality and presentation of each dish
  • develop and refine culinary techniques through hands-on training
  • perform effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented restaurant environment
  • multitask efficiently to meet customer expectations in a timely manner
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen following food safety and sanitation standards
  • demonstrate responsibility, positive attitude, and willingness to support the team
  • comply with physical job requirements including standing, bending, lifting, and performing routine tasks
  • obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications
  • be available for night shifts, weekends, and holidays
