Job Requirements

  • be at least 16 years old
  • availability to work part-time or full-time with flexible scheduling
  • ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 55 pounds
  • bilingual skills are a plus but not mandatory
  • willingness to obtain food safety certification as required by law
  • ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is advantageous
  • commitment to teamwork and maintaining a positive work environment

Job Qualifications

  • previous cooking or kitchen experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • demonstrate culinary skills by preparing and cooking dishes to order
  • ensure each dish is prepared with consistent quality and presentation
  • develop and refine culinary techniques through hands-on training
  • work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment
  • manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet customer expectations promptly
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant following food safety and sanitation standards
  • show responsibility, positive attitude, and willingness to support team members and contribute to a great work environment
  • fulfill physical requirements of the role including standing for extended periods, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 55 pounds
  • obtain and maintain any required food safety certifications according to local, state, and federal regulations
  • availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays is a plus
  • be at least 16 years of age
