Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods, bend, twist, stretch, lift up to 55 pounds
- Must be able to handle routine restaurant tasks with or without reasonable accommodations
- Obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications
- Willingness to work flexible part-time hours
- Ability to follow safety guidelines around kitchen equipment, heat, and steam
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Availability to work in Wilmington, NC
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior wok or stir-fry cooking experience required
- Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

Job Duties
- Prepare fresh ingredients and cook meals to order
- Ensure each dish is prepared consistently with quality and attention to presentation
- Follow recipes, preparation guides, and standard procedures accurately
- Learn and improve cooking and stir-fry skills through hands-on training
- Maintain pace during high-demand hours and support efficient kitchen flow
- Work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment where communication is key
- Manage multiple tasks effectively to meet expectations during busy shifts
