Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • able to stand for prolonged periods
  • capable of bending, twisting, and stretching

  • willing to work flexible hours including part-time shifts

Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh ingredients and cook dishes to order
  • ensure each dish is prepared consistently with quality and attention to presentation
  • follow recipes, preparation guides, and standard procedures accurately
  • learn and improve cooking and stir-fry skills through hands-on training
  • maintain pace during busy hours and support efficient kitchen flow
  • work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment with clear communication
  • manage multiple tasks effectively during busy shifts
  • work safely around kitchen equipment, heat, and steam
  • use kitchen tools, timers, and basic systems as part of daily routines
  • keep the restaurant clean and organized while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
  • demonstrate responsibility, a positive attitude, and willingness to support the team
  • meet physical requirements such as standing for long periods, bending, twisting, stretching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing routine tasks with or without reasonable accommodations
  • obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications according to local, state, and federal regulations
