Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Prepare famous dishes and cook to order
  • Ensure each dish is prepared with consistency, quality and good presentation
  • Develop and refine culinary techniques through practical training
  • Work in a dynamic, team-oriented restaurant environment emphasizing collaboration and communication
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively to meet customer expectations in a timely manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Demonstrate responsibility, positive attitude and willingness to support the team and contribute to a great work environment
  • Fulfill physical requirements including standing for long periods, bending, twisting, stretching, lifting up to 55 pounds and performing routine restaurant tasks with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications as per local, state or federal regulations
  • Availability for night shifts, weekends and holidays is a plus
  • Be at least 16 years old, making the role accessible for teenagers and those starting their career
